Running a house is one thing, but running a home is something else entirely. URBIOM takes care of day-to-day maintenance of your property to ensure appliances are running as should, keeping things spotless between visits, and ensuring you’ll have no surprises if the property is vacant.
The team is also on hand for any errands that need doing to help ensure things are running smoothly, including picking up documents, waiting at the property for the installation of utilities, organizing deliveries, and looking out for important mail.

Handling mid and long-term rentals

Owning a property can be a lot of administrative work that can get overwhelming, especially if it’s not in your native language. The URBIOM team will help handle the declaration and payment of your property taxes: models / IBI. We’ll also prepare your bank receipts (Remesas) so you can relax knowing your property finances are in check.
When it comes to guest administration, we’ll handle all invoicing of your guests and follow up on anything unpaid. We’ll also track all proof of payments.
